Discussion Board face lift: Members can now upload personal images when posting messages on FAR's Community Forum. Once you are logged in, updating your author image is easy. Here’s how:
- Choose a message board page (such as General Discussion);
- Click the “profile” button near the top right-hand side of the page;
- Go to the “Upload your own author icon” label in the “Miscellaneous Options” box;
- Click the “Browse” button, which opens the file upload directory on your computer;
- Locate the image file by scrolling down the directory box;
- Click on that image file and press “Open.”
The image will be uploaded to your personal Community Forum profile and appear each time you post comments on the discussion boards.
The maximum image size for upload is 120 x 120 pixels, with a maximum size of 100 KB.

Let's Chat The FAR Community Forum discussion board is essentially a blog, without the host. Members click into a specific topic area to read or post comments. This area of the site is password-protected, which means if you’re not a member, you won’t have access to this area of www.floridarealtors.org.
It’s easy to join a discussion and post comments. Once you find a message/topic that you are interested in, click on the Reply link under the message. There are many functions available to you in the reply screen or you can always click on the Help button for more specific questions.
