(We don't recommend that you send it to the large dailies like The Miami Herald or The Orlando Sentinel as they probably will not print it.) The Instructor Training Institute is a three-day, hands-on workshop where both new and veteran instructors can learn how to keep an edge on the competition. This program discusses the various adult learning styles and how to effectively teach to every student.  Students in this workshop prepare and present a 10-minute program to their classmates implementing the techniques discussed.
